Omer is a distinguished globally-oriented digital marketing professional with extensive experience in social media & influencer strategies in the luxury & beauty spaces.

Currently leading the Global Social Media & Influencers Marketing Department at Bang & Olufsen, he has spearheaded the brand's social media & influencer transformation, driving major initiatives & achieving significant results.

Previously, Omer served as the Global Director of Influencers Marketing at Huda Beauty, where he restructured the global influencer marketing program, built analytics capabilities, & helped shape the brand's global presence.

Omer spent a significant portion of his career at LVMH Group, the world’s largest luxury goods group in roles such as the Regional Digital Marketing Manager for Benefit Cosmetics MEA, where he developed & managed digital infrastructures, launched influencer programs, & initiated successful influencers-focused e-commerce projects, resulting in impressive increases in brand reach, engagement, & conversions.

Known for his strategic vision, data-driven approach, & ability to manage complex global campaigns, Omer excels in creating impactful social media & influencer marketing strategies across diverse markets.

  1. What will surprise the audience in your statements?
    That influencers marketing can still be impactful without monetary investments.

  2. Why is it important for you to help brands get started with influencer marketing?

    Sharing the knowledge - I have made few learnings having witnessed & helped launch/scale influencers marketing with very well-established & heritage businesses such as LVMH & Bang & Olufsen, while also bringing the same to life within scale-up Indie brands within the beauty space which has allowed me to develop some valuable lessons which I would love to share.

  3. How do you imagine this topic evolving within a year?
    I imagine that the way brands introduce influencers marketing to their marketing strategies will be an ever-evolving topic considering how dynamic this field is whereas other media channel will continue to be eclipsed by influencers marketing.
